Letting agreements are usually secured on a yearly basis for between 1 and 20 car spaces. The annual rent per space will depend on location, access hours and whether the car space is open or covered.
All car spaces are inspected by our office prior to viewing to clients in order to eliminate unsuitable sites and to check access and public lighting.
